In this short scene, Hirokazu tries to convince himself that he's not the only one who's been having sex with ushioda. He's also worried about how he'll be able to keep up appearances if he has to go through with the sex scene with everyone else. Finally, he realizes that he can't do it if he doesn't have the courage to stand up for himself.
