The Governess is about to leave the classroom when she hears the thud of someone coming in and realizes that it is the Governess's teacher. She tries to calm him down by saying that she will make him come in as fast as she can. She then tells him to rub his pants a little to make him feel better. He does so, and she tells him that he is "sen sitive" because he has taught her so many things. She says that he must feel this way because he taught her things. He says that it must be his fault that he was so hard in the beginning and that he will make her come fast in the next class. He then tells her to rub her pant a little so that she feels better. She does this, and he says that she is "singing" because she has taught him so much. He tells her that this is because she taught him how to hold her voice down. She asks him to stop, but he says he is ready to go. She tells him not to worry, and then she says she will continue.
