The next morning, Dr. Rivers arrives at the hospital. He tells Rivers that he has to go to the emergency room because he has a headache. Rivers says that he's not sure if he'll be able to make it in time to see the doctor, but he hopes he can make it. Rivers then goes to the operating room and tells the doctor that he feels better. He's feeling better, Rivers says, because he was feeling better the day before. Rivers asks the doctor if there's anything he can do to help the doctor get better. The doctor says that there are a lot of things that can be done, but that he can't do anything that would cause him to lose his mind. Rivers agrees to help, and the doctor leaves.
