About This Chapter
In this chapter, we find out what's going on between the two of them. We learn that the old man has lost his job, and that the young man is furious. The old man tells the young one to leave him alone, because he's still young and inexperienced in the world. The young man says that he doesn't care what the boss thinks of him, and he'll fight him "fair and square" if he wants to. He's not angry with the boss, he just wants to be left alone. The older man tells him that he once told him not to fight people who just lost their jobs. The younger man is shocked, and says that the boss is angry because he didn't treat him well when he was younger. He says that if the boss had treated him well, he wouldn't be angry with him now. He also says that it's the boss's fault that he let the younger man get away with this. The elder man says, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you now." The young one says that's fine, but he still needs to thank the boss for beating him up. The boss says that as soon as the old woman leaves, the family's enemies will kill her. The kid says that, if his father were to awaken his father's bloodline, there's a good chance that he'd become the next leader of the family.
