In this chapter, we learn that the light guild's four experts have all been defeated by a group of "freshmen" of the guild. The young master of the family, the wang, is the one who is responsible for the defeat. The wang family, he tells us, will make the young master pay for it. He also tells us that the other members of the gang have been trying to blame the other for their defeat. He says that if they don't stop him, he will chop off their fingers.
