After ten years, "fatso is back" . He's finally back in his old neighborhood. He tells everyone that he used to be his neighbor and that he even bought him food when he was a kid. Everyone is shocked that "little pervert fatso" is back. They all think that he's dyed his hair and dyed his eyes. He says that the masses don't care about other girls as much as they do about him. He goes on to say that he has invented all sorts of traps in order to get to the bottom of everything. He screams that he can't even get close enough to feel his body.
