Everyone has arrived at the test center. The students are divided into two lines, one for boys and one for girls, and they are instructed to stand in front of each other and wait for the test to begin. The teacher tells the students that the test is two days long and that they should practice frequently. He tells them to choose their major and take the exam regardless of their lackluster talent. The student, Junpei, tells the teacher that he did well on the exam this time, but that he will not pass because he only answered two of the three questions. He asks the teacher to help him change his tone of voice, but the teacher refuses to do so, saying that no one can take the student from him.
