Heitan asks if he can help him get to the ninth level of the Celestial Empire. He tells him that he needs his powers so that he can defeat the other stars and become a ninth level star. He then asks if they can have a "snoozing time" to get ready for the battle. Heitan tells him to go to sleep. He wakes up to find that his arm has suddenly broken off and his outfit has been changed. He says he needs to find a "reliable excuse" for why he has been acting the way he has. He is worried that he will be exposed and that the others will think he is playing house with the little brat. He tries to calm him down by saying that he is overreacting and that it is no wonder that they would be suspicious since they could easily form a team of strangers. He asks if the brat is talking about their business. The brat stands up and says that he remembers something important that he has not done. He wants to test out his theory that there are nine ninth level stars.
