In this chapter, Lee Ja-hee, the new team leader of the product planning department, is introduced. He is a former merchandiser with Sehwa Homeshopping who has recently joined the company. He has a reputation for being a "midas touch" , which is a fancy way of saying that he is very good at what he does. He tells the other members of the team that he has just been promoted to the rank of team leader. He asks them to switch over from selling merchandise to apparel so that he can be closer to his new boss. He also tells them that he will make sure that they remember what happened in Germany.
