He's just trying to make him sleep, and the boss's way of making him sleep is to rub his face against the bed and make him groan. The scene ends with the boss thrusting a stick at the bed. The girl is terrified, and she screams that she's scared. She's also worried that the boss is trying to "humiliate" her by making her feel uncomfortable. He says he'll just leave it to her to do what she wants.
