About This Chapter
In this short scene, we are introduced to the protagonist, who is described as a "cumming face" . He has just returned from a bath and is feeling wet and mopey. He is so embarrassed by his wet appearance that he does not want to eat the "slumber" he has just received from the boss. He tries to rub the "plough" on his body, but the boss does not allow him to do so. He tells the protagonist that he has a fever and that he will be returning home. The protagonist, however, is not feeling well. He complains that he is exhausted and wishes that he could go home with him. The boss tells him to go home and then he will come back to the office. When the protagonist complains that she is not hungry, the boss tells her to give him the "spoon" that he had prepared for her in the bath. He then tells her that if she burns her tongue, she does not have to eat this "spoon." The protagonist decides to return to her place and wait for the boss to return.
