It's been a while since we've seen the protagonist, and now he's back in the office. He's bummed out that the guy who's supposed to be his boss, Tsukasa, isn't as nice as he used to be. He also feels like he hasn't done enough for the company, since he'd like to sell his swanky new apartment and rent it out for a cool sum of money. The guy who works at the office interrupts him to tell him that his right hand has been broken in a freak accident. He can't do anything about it, though, because the deadline for his next assignment is three months away.
