He's worried that the outfit is making him nervous, and he wants to know what he thinks of the outfit. The young man says that he doesn't mind wearing clothes as long as they look good on him, but that he likes clothes that make him think that he is cute. He asks if he can go for a walk with him at the convenience store that's nearby, and the narrator says he'll be happy to do so. The narrator then asks if the man is embar-trot-kissing, which is a dirty term for a man who's trying to kiss someone. He says the man looks like he can't keep his hands off of the girl, and that she's so dirty that he wants her to see every detail of his outfit.
