In this short scene, Mr. Jarndyce and his henchman, Ozawa, discuss their plan to get to Dr. Rivers's office. They're going to have to go through a series of locks to get there, and they're not going to be able to do it by themselves. They need someone to help them through the maze of locks. Mr. Lorry, however, is able to use his credit card to get them to the top floor of the building, where they'll find a meeting room. He tells Ozawa that if she doesn't do what he's told her to do, he'll kick her ass.
