The narrator tells us that he's not married, so he can't say when his next sexual encounter will be. He says that his wife has told him that he needs to have sex "once in a while, after all" . He's a little worried that she's going to say that he doesn't need sex, but then he remembers that she said that he should have sex once a while. The narrator thanks the man for his "twitching" , and he says that it's nice to be with men who are "skilled tweakers" and who can "rub that twitch twitch remind me" of what a good sex partner he is.
