Okay, so now we get to see the real-life version of our narrator, who's trying to decide whether his sister's sex life with him is real or just a dream. He tells his brother that he can't stand the thought of his sister getting into a sexual relationship with him right now, but he also tells his friend that he wants to go on a "date" with his sister. He asks her to hold his arm, but she says she doesn't want to do that, since she's on a first-date with him. She also tells him that her breasts are "rubbed" against him, and that she wants him to kiss her. The two of them have sex, and the narrator feels sorry for their "vulgarity" . But then he realizes that his sister and her friend are having sex, too, because he can feel the "swelling" of their breasts on his body.
