It's time for another naughty check-up, and this time, we're going to see what's in the nipples. This time, though, we don't want to be grossed out by it. We're just going to pretend that it's not a big deal, and that it doesn't really matter what the doctor says. The doctor's going to give us a "naughty checkup" , which basically means that the doctor is going to check out our "vulgarity."
