This chapter is all about sex. It's about a guy who's just met his childhood friend, and he's totally in love with him. The guy's name is "yamato san" , and we're guessing that's what he looks like in high school. He's changed a lot since then, but he still looks exactly like the guy we met in the first chapter. We're not sure if this is a reference to the fact that "San" is the same guy we saw in the second chapter, or if it's because "Sano" is just a totally different person.
