The mistress tells him that she has to go to the hospital to see her friend, who has just arrived from the hospital. She asks the mistress to come and see the girl, but the mistress refuses, saying that the girl is a friend of the mistress's, and therefore cannot be allowed to enter the hospital without a valid permit.
