The next night, the ghost returns to the mansion. He tells the landlord that he has already met the girl and that they have agreed to a free tour for the next three months. The ghost also tells the owner that the girl was very sick when they met, and that she will be returning home to recuperate. The owner asks where the girl's money is, and the ghost tells him to be careful because the girl is very shrewd and will not tell him all the truth.
