About This Chapter
Back on the pirate ship, the captain tells the captain of the black pearl that he's going to kill him again. The captain says that's a bad idea, since the pirate lord is still a pirate. He also says that the captain has betrayed his father and killed the sao feng, so it's just fate that they're going to have to kill each other. He promises to fight, and the captain promises to win. He doesn't really know what the plan is, but he does know that the pirates are going to fight anyway. He says that he came here to collect the nine pieces of the body, and that they have a chance to do it. He asks the captain to release him from his human bonds, but the captain refuses to listen to him, saying that the goddess is a goddess and should be able to speak to a lover as if she were a lover. He then says that they are loyal subjects to the goddess and that she should release them from their human bonds. He adds that they need to use the pieces of body they've collected to destroy the Dutch captain.
