The pirate lords are gathered on high alert. The gover nor is dead murmuring that they are almost to shipwreck. The pirate lord says that they only agreed that the outcome would be the freeing of his father and the safe return of Elizabeth. He says that he loves her and that he betrayed her. He tells her that he will free her father and she will guarantee her safety. He asks how they will lead them to the pearl. He points out that they were attacked by a flying dutchman. They are on their way to the cove. The pirates must free Cleopatra and trim her beard. Cleopatra says that she will be free when she is free.
