In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, Caesar. He's the boss of the brothel, and he's super-duper worried about his son, who's been running around like a crazy person. He tells his son not to worry--he'll take care of him. Caesar's a little freaked out by the sight of a cat, but he promises to protect his son.
