In this short scene, the gang learns that Kim Taejin has gone to kill lawyer Moon Chanjong. The leader of the team is making a big fuss about it, but the gang is not buying it. The finger killer is the one they're after, and if they catch him, they'll get promoted to a higher rank. They need to get the police team ready to go and find the culprit, but they can't get it together to do so. The gang's not convinced that the finger killer went to the lawyer's house, and they need to find him pronto. They're not sure that the real culprit is the real killer, so they've got to go through the place and find him. The captain is all, "calm down" . He's convinced that kim Taejin went to lawyer Moon's place, but he doesn't know if that's true or not. He also knows that the other finger killer, named "Choi Kyungtae," isn't the real murderer, and he's worried that the gang has missed him. So, the captain says, he'll drop the manager off at the police station and take him back to the apartment where he works. The police have declared that the murder inhannamdong was a serial murder, and are looking for the killer, who was caught on a cctv. So the police are going to intensify their search in the neighborhood to find the killer. So far, the killer has not been arrested, and the gang knows that if the killer is going to harm them, they won't be able to do anything about it. But the captain tells the gang to prepare some tea so he can get back on the case. He tells them to search every single photo house and make sure to get "the finger killer" pronto. He says that the murderer is obviously hiding in the alley
