In this short scene, the police try to find out what's going on at the house where the finger killer is said to be hiding. They're interrupted by a detective who wants to know why they're arresting him. The detective tells them that they've got the right to arrest anyone they want. He also says that if they don't find the killer, he'll take the blame. This is a cop-out, but the detective won't let it go. He says that he's seen a ghost recorded by cctv, and he can't figure out where the ghost went. The police are searching every house in the neighborhood, but they can find no trace of the killer's hair. They need to check out the car, but there's no sign of it. The fire is spreading, and the police need to get to the scene. They find out that it's the same neighborhood where the killer is hiding.
