In this short scene, we get a brief glimpse of the underground world. It's dark, gloomy, and ominous, and we're told that it's here to stay. We're also told that there's a lot of fighting going on, and that the undead are trying their best to stay alive. We also learn that there are nine different extermination strategies that can be used to kill off the undead, and this is just one of the strategies that's being used by the undead. We learn that the nine extermination strategies are all part of a larger plan to destroy the entire underground world, which is why they're called "halls of extermination" .
