The story begins with a description of the first martial arts war, which was fought between the biguns and the mangeums. It was a brutal battle, with numerous casualties. There were nine masters of the martial arts who built a strategy against the attackers. One of them was a specialized in strategy. The two martial arts warriors meet again, and this time they are talking about how they used to be gods of war, and how people called them the gods under heaven, but now they are just goons. The man who is training at the university says that he and the man who was the god of war used to meet all the time, and that they were called the gods by everyone. He tells the man that he is a goon, and says he is going to tear him apart. He asks the man if he wants to check his energy pressure, and he says he can't because he has no internal energy. He says he needs to check anyway, because if he touches his energy point, he will damage his organs. He also says that people think strategy is important in war, but it is not about learning techniques, it is about cultivating the best strategists.
