In this chapter, we learn that the gun barrel that's supposed to replace the old one is still being developed, and that it's not yet finished. The guy who's working on the new barrel is a traitor to the mercy palace, and the guy who works on the barrel is also a traitor. He's a total idiot, and he's been training these guys to be the best fighters in the world. He thinks they're all pretty good fighters, but he can't figure out why they haven't been able to kill the turtle devils yet. He says that the guy is young, but that he kills people easily. He also says that if he'd met Master Ganymede, he would have been killed cruelly, and Master GanYoseon hates people so much that he wouldn't even be able to survive. This guy is so strong that he can kill anyone. But he won't be defeated easily, because he has the ultimate technique: he can increase his own inner strength. This is the technique that only a real master can use.
