The hwangbo council has closed all of its business in Jenam to prevent the monk from investigating the council's crimes. The monk says that he will investigate the matter to the end and disclose all of the crimes of the council. The clan is trapped by its traditions, the monk says, but there is no one to blame since it is the clan's fault. The council is disgusting, he says, and they will try to destroy the clan in an awful way, but the monk is here to help the clan. He says he is going to improve their power and make them one of the three best martial arts organizations in the world. He wants to give the monk a diamond, but he can't because he gave it to the monk after the monk gave him the diamond. He asks the monk if he can give him a kid named Hwangbo Jeong, and the monk thinks he can use her to sacrifice for heaven's scorching moon.
