He then tells them to rest in the West room for now, and says that he will arrange a room for them tomorrow. He says that if he were powerful, he wouldn't be chased by a bunch of demons, and he would bring them away once their wounds heal. He wants to find a place without gods or demons, where they can go anywhere, he says. He will bring him trouble eventually if he takes him with him. He adds that he wants to cultivate, and the divine clan won't accept outsiders, so they can't ascend or become allies of the demons.
