The left prime minister wants to rule over his daughter and his future children. The right prime minister, the consort of the king's daughter, wants to control her and her children. He wonders if the prince could be the mastermind of the rebellion. He is sure that this is the base of the rebel. He warns the prince not to kill his concubine.
