About This Chapter
The narrator tells us that he's 21 years old and has just been dumped by his girlfriend of a year. He also promises that the club will be a great outlet for his frustration, since it'll be a "high ball" where "everyone is all excited" and he can ride the "high of the alcohol" too . He thinks the place is just a "strip club" where you can "see naked most of what'll have to drink," but the narrator doesn'
