He then asks if the patient has a cold, and the doctor says that he would not give the patient a cold if he had one. The patient then tells the doctor that his grandmother has sprained her back in a car accident, and that the doctor will have to take care of her. He tells the patient that if he is done with the cleaning, they can go out for a walk the next day.
