Dr. Uzuki and his patient, Natsume, are about to go to bed when the patient asks to be let out of the room. He is worried that he will not be able to get a good night's sleep, and he wants to sleep with his doctor. He tells the doctor that he is worried about his health, and the doctor tries to comfort him by reminding him that he should not worry about his physical appearance. The doctor tells the patient that he has been thinking a lot about how to get him to sleep, but the patient says that he does not know what to do. He asks the doctor to kiss him, and when the doctor does not respond, the patient cries out, "What the hell?"
