Dr. Uzuki tells the patient that he's an engineer and that he doesn't have to worry about him. The patient, however, is upset and wants a pillow. The doctor says he'll write him a sleep aid, but that's all he can do. The young man wants to know when his job is going to start, and the doctor says it's already started. Uh-oh, the young man's breath starts to come out of his mouth, and he starts to freak out. He asks the doctor if he smells like an engineer, but the doctor tells him that he smells just like a patient. He tells the young patient that they're going to send an engineer over to check on his electrocardiogram, and then they'll come back later to fix it
