In this short scene, the young patient, who has been sleeping with Dr. Nemo, is awakened by his mother, who tells him that she has found Nemo's "body pillow" and that she is sending him food so that he does not end up eating "ramen every day" . The young patient asks his mother if she would like to go for a walk with him, and her reply is that she does not want to "gut it any more" by asking him out of the house. The doctor, however, is eager to meet the patient, and the two of them agree to meet at the same time.
