In this chapter, we learn that the dancing fiends have been experimenting on the body of a condemned man who is to be executed in a few hours. The doctor tells the fiends to kill him if they wish. He tells them to hurry up and collect the blood samples before the man's execution. He also tells them that they will need ten specimens.
