It's the morning of the first day of class, and the students are getting ready to go to work. They're all excited about the new building, but one of the students is worried that it's going to be torn down. He's worried because he's an employee of the school, and he doesn't want to be a part of the destruction. He tells the other students that he can't oppose an order that comes from above, because he is an employee. He says that the only thing he can do is to fight back, but he'll have to use legal means to do so, since the order is illegal. The other students are worried that they'll be held hostage, since they're not going to accept the order. They also worry that the order will play into the hands of the chairwoman, who will be able to do whatever she wants with the school. The students are excited to see what the building will be like, and they've invited the chairwoman to come and see it. The professor introduces the students to the architect, who's from the school's co-ed school. He gives them a tour of the building, and then he tells them that he plans to tear it down.
