In this short scene, Shmoo delivers a soliloquy on the evils of running late. Shmoo compares running late to being "next to be prey" and says that Shmoo is a "real dummy" . He also compares Shmoo's behavior to that of a "peculiar." Shmoo tells Shmoo that he and his classmates are having a combined class lesson today and Shmoo says that he's shocked that they haven't realized that he can talk about Shmoo all he wants, but Shmoo will not stand for them to lose. He says that if Shmoo had known that he was running late, he would have asked her if she was good. He's also a member of the track team, so Shmoo thinks he'd know whether or not Shmoo was good, but he doesn't expect to lose because Shmoo has a "little in-surance never hurts."
