About This Chapter
The next day, the three go out to buy some food. They're not sure if it's too heavy or not, but they're happy because they get to eat so much. They talk about the "chitama stone" , which is a huge stone in the forest that will grant you anything you want. The three have never seen this stone before, so they wonder if it will grant them anything. They also wonder if the stone will make them wish for something. The next morning, they have invented a "good deed counter" . It's a counter that shows how many good deeds you've performed that day. For every good deed you perform, it says "1," which means that you did a good deed for grandma's sake. Grandma is super impressed with the good deed counter, but she can't figure out what's going on with the "right" and "wrong" part of it. She asks the three to help her do the laundry. They don't move, so she asks them to put in some detergent. They do, and the counter goes back up to zero.
