The narrator tells us that he's been having strange dreams lately. Sometimes, he thinks, he'll fall asleep on a happy dream pillow, and the happy waves from the pillow will enter his brain and make him have a good dream. He's got a solution for this problem: he makes a pillow with happy waves in it. If you sleep on the pillow, he says, you'll have a nice dream. And if you don't sleep on it, he suggests, you can have a bad dream. In other words, if you're sleeping on a pillow that makes you have bad dreams, you might as well not sleep at all. The narrator says, "let's have nice dreams" , and he starts off by saying, "chocolate mush rooms, cream puff trees, candy flowers" . Then he says that all of his dreams have turned into a nightmare, and that's why he needs to get out of there ASAP. He grabs a chocolate wall, pulls it out, and starts to eat. But then he realizes that the chocolate wall is actually a wall of pillows, and it's the pillows that stitch has been stealing from him.
