Vol.3 Chapter 20: Thunderless Blue Skies
This is a locked chapterVol.3 Chapter 20: Thunderless Blue Skies
About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a thunder-less blue sky, and a hungry little boy, a cat, and some rice. The boy tells the cat that he's hungry, but the cat doesn't bite him. He's not worried about what's happening with the girl, because she's never bothered by anything, but he is worried that the cat hates him, and that's why the boy is running for the girl. He tells the boy that he can't do anything about it, because there's "nothing you can do" . He says that he would have killed the girl if he had known what was going to happen. He looks at the woman who's dead, and he realizes that she was the one who was responsible for the death of the boy. He realizes that the girl is probably a three- or four-year-old girl, and it's so funny that he couldn't stop laughing at her. He asks the boy why he is standing there, and the boy tells him that he is a "dull guy from head-to-toe" and that he has seen a lot of people die when they're kicked in the guts by people who don't have time to "wipe their asses" after they've kicked the bucket. He wants to know what the boy will do if he tells him what happened, and if he'll tell him what to do.
