He asks the fishermen why they do not stay for the night, and they reply that they have been sleeping outside all this time, so why not stay tonight. He tells them that he wants all of it, but he doesn't understand it himself, and he says he will make sure that they forget that he even saw him. He goes on to say that if he draws his sword on Kanichi, he will win, but someone like him does not even have the chance of winning.
