In this chapter, we learn that Hiroyuki has been working as a "deliveryman" for the Orga, and that he's had a terrible case of the "high fever" that's been plaguing him lately. Hiroyuki tells us that he has a job lined up for him right now, and he'd like to know if anyone has caught utsugi "in the nude" . He's worried that the guy is going to "go medieval on his ass" , but Hiroyuki doesn't seem to care. He tells Hiroyuki that it's nice to meet someone new, but he also tells him that he can't go out on his own without being lonely. He asks if Hiroyuki is hungry, and Hiroyuki says that he is, but that he needs his special "stockpile" of "utsugi" to keep him going. He also asks if they should make the two of them wear "chastity belts" on the outside of the house, so that they won't be tempted to "stalk" each other. He says that if they do, he'll have to kill him. He then asks if the two are going to have sex, and they both say that they're not going to do it. He goes on to say that if he had sex with them, he would have to "treat me like a delicate flower," and that they shouldn't have to kiss him like "some delicate flower." He tells them that they should "go easy on me," and then he asks if he can even call this "sex," and they all laugh at him.
