In this chapter, we learn that a vampire named "Ichii" was bitten by a human named "utsugi" at a "pairing party" . Ichii explains that he is the vampire's "health fangs and welfare department, protective services" , and that he has come to "protect" the vampire. He tells the audience that he was once a human, but that he got "crazy thirsty" and was suddenly "under the custody" of a "mystery hunk." He says that he should have stayed home, but now that he knows that he will be his lover, he feels "enraged" and wants to "go home."
