A fire has broken out in an apartment building in the Sinhyeon district of seoul. The cause of the fire is not yet clear, but it is suspected that it was caused by a natural gas explosion. The apartment's owner, Mr. Kim, tells Yonhap News Agency that he was very sensitive to the sound of the neighbors' complaints and quarrels with other tenants.
