He compares his ring to Nemo's ring, and the result is the same. He also compares the result to the monster he saw in the previous chapter. He wonders why anyone would want to summon a monster when they're not even sure how to do it. If it's Princess sua, she would be able to summon the monsters with her ability. He asks if they can listen to his request. He wants to look around the world and see what's going on. If only he wasn't a prince, he wouldn't be in charge of the empire. He says he'd send princess sua alone, and phillip would be the one who would govern the empire if it weren't for him. It turns out that the crown prince is already there. Nemo wants to stay longer, but he needs to change clothes and talk to Miss Iaan. He tells her to go ahead and change her clothes, and then he'll go to his magic research room to talk to her about constellations.
