In this short scene, we learn that Cai's brother is missing, and that he has gone to the hospital to look for him. When he arrives at the hospital, he finds that the whole place has been searched for him, and there is no sign of him. He asks sheng, the head of the hospital's surveillance team, if he has seen Cai, and sheng tells him that they have found him.
