In this chapter, we learn that the test was a series of multiple-choice questions that each candidate had to answer within a limited amount of time to be selected as the best candidate for the job. The first test was the personality test and the second test was an interview. After a few rounds of eliminations, a final number of candidates would be expected to be equal to or less than one candidate. After the interview, the candidate would be given a copy of the test and given a chance to respond to it in his or her own language.
