The King of the Netherworld must have lost his powers when he was hit by a female human. He says that the female human kicked him with "absolute passion" and that his powers do not work on her. The King says that he came because Dr. Cho called him and that he did something "lessonless" because he was busy. He then asks the Director why he suddenly changed his mind. The Director explains that the younger brother is an upper-classman from his university. The younger brother cares for jiha and is a close friend of the Director's. He asks for the details of the relationship between the two men and the Director replies that he will answer the question within three seconds.
